A COLLABORATION AS STRONG AS IT IS UNEXPECTED BETWEEN CASA LOPEZ AND BASTIEN BLANC-TAILLEUR
Pierre Sauvage and Bastien Blanc-Tailleur met about ten years ago. At the time, Pierre became the owner of Casa Lopez. Bastien then left the kitchens of the Georges V to launch his own design studio.
He first dedicated himself to developing wedding cakes before creating the PARIS COLLECTION, a line of celebration cakes designed for all occasions. The Casa Lopez cake enriches this range, with an aesthetic unique to the brand.
Bastien Blanc-Tailleur has created a set of flavors that mirror the essence of Casa Lopez. The cake consists of a pomegranate molasses biscuit, yellow peach compote, peach & vanilla whipped ganache, and a crunchy almond crumble. The entire cake is covered with a white glaze, on which birds are painted freehand. To complete the creation, jasmine flowers and sugar pomegranates perfect the cake's poetic aesthetic.

The cake features the brand's iconic motif: a bird amidst a plant interlace, rendered in shades of blue and green, colors dear to the brand. This emblematic design first adorned the brand's ceramic dinnerware before making its way onto lamp bases, rugs, and other tableware art pieces.
